8 Steps to Mastering Your Good Vibes all weekend...

#1 ~ Acknowledge the things you don't have control of, then choose resilience and adaptability as your best traits!


#2 ~ Avoid comparing yourself to others.  You are super unique ~ stay that way!


#3 ~ Keep your faith larger than your fears.  Everything is rigged in your favour and will work out in the end, if it hasn’t worked out, then it’s not the end!


#4 ~ Avoid gossip and bashing others.   We each make our mistakes and every one of us is doing our very best.


#5 ~ Ignore any opinions that do not enhance your life.  What others say about you is actually none of your business!


#6 ~  Say yes to yourself before saying yes to anyone else.  Then they’ll get the best of you!


#7 ~ Don’t be afraid to spend time alone… without choosing a distraction.  Truly alone, just you.  It's your gift of recharge time.


#8 ~ Speak kindly to yourself, as if you are speaking to your very best friend.  Every single cell is listening and believes you!
